In our second science experiment this week we made a chocolate cake. Following on from our butter experiement, we focused in on the different changes which occured to the mixture, as various ingredients were added. We discussed the different ways in which the texture, taste, smell and appearance of the mixture changed throughout the various stages of the experiment. Today was our first day back in school and we had so much fun. M. Clare Ann gave us a lot of time to catch up with our friends and share our news of everything that we have been up to over the last two months. We had just started length in maths last week, today we went outside and worked in our pods measuring the length of various different things outside. Take a look at our pictures!
